The SS22 Roma Dress is an a-line jumper dress with a high seam cut that hits at the natural waistline. The dress has double spaghetti straps that are embellished with silk ribbons and a gem on each shoulder that mimic the appearance of a flower.
The Roma Dress was designed to fit in the imaginary wardrobe of Marjorie ‘Marge’ Sherwood, Gwyneth Paltrow's character in psychological thriller The Talented Mr Ripley (1999). Marge is a permanent resident of a fictitious place nostalgic of the Sicilian coast and one of the fictional inspirations of our SS22 collection, as the personification of a never ending summer.
